What is QuestCraft?

QuestCraft is an unofficial, community-driven port bringing the full Minecraft: Java Edition experience to Meta Quest standalone VR headsets. Unlike the official Bedrock VR, QuestCraft offers a truly immersive, first-person virtual reality perspective, letting players step directly into the iconic blocky world.

It emulates the Java version, allowing access to features like redstone, command blocks, and compatibility with many multiplayer servers and resource packs. While performance can be a consideration due to the Quest's mobile hardware, it delivers an impressive, fully functional Java Minecraft experience in VR. Installation typically involves sideloading. QuestCraft allows existing Java Edition owners to experience their beloved game in a completely new, immersive way without needing a powerful PC.
